Friday, April 23rd

Start Friday’s “on-your-own ride” at your leisure. There are options of 28 miles (green arrows) and 48 miles (yellow arrows). These routes explore the roads south and east of Paris and some roads are used on the popular Tour De Paris bicycle rally. You’ll ride through the towns of Pattonville, Blossom and Reno before returning on the canopied corridor of the Trail De Paris. Reward your efforts with an ice cream treat at the Love Civic Center Pavilion! Get the 28 mile map or the 48 mile map .

Saturday, April 24th

Saturday’s tandem-friendly terrain features distances of 36, 57 and 75 miles. A Subway box lunch will be provided at the lunch stop at Oak Park. Don’t worry about eating too much because it’s an easy 5 mile ride back to the Love Civic Center.

The 36 mile route (green arrows) visits Brookston and passes Lake Gibbons before returning to Paris for the lunch stop at Oak Park. Get the map

The 57 mile route (red arrows) traverses the north Texas plains on smooth roads with gentle rollers through the towns of Brookston, Maxey, Tigertown, Georgia, Unity, and Sumner before returning to Paris for the lunch stop at Oak Park. Get the map

On the 75 mile route (yellow arrows), you’ll visit all of the towns above, plus Monkstown and Riverby.  Experience the wide, open spaces of the Texas countryside along with cattle ranches and wildflowers. You’ll also pass through the Caddo National Grasslands before you make your way back to Paris for the lunch stop at Oak Park. Get the map

Sunday, April 25th

How are your legs? It’s our final day of riding and we’ve planned a 24 mile route (blue arrows). No mass ride start today, so enjoy the breakfast buffet and start from the Love Civic Center whenever you are ready. This short ride explores the roads south of Paris and visits Bairdstown before returning to the now familiar Eiffel Tower at the Love Civic Center. Get the map
